We help delicately smash down barriers that prevent women from going on outdoor adventures and help them realise their full potential.
Adventure Queens is excited to be part of this event because it’s all about women getting out there, trying something new and smashing down barriers together. It reflects what our community is all about – shared adventure, encouragement and connection. We also love that you can choose the option that suits you, whether that’s the 24-hour, three-day challenge or just one peak"
Why We’re Excited About Rise and Shine
Rise and Shine is exactly the kind of experience we champion at Resilient Women Leaders, real women, with full lives, choosing to do something bold for themselves.
We love that this event is thoughtfully designed, expertly supported and built around community. It creates the perfect environment for women to stretch themselves, connect deeply and prove to themselves that they can do hard things.
We’ll be there on the mountains walking, talking and coaching along the way, helping women navigate the physical and mental climbs.
Frequently asked questions
Yes. Rise & Shine is a women-only experience, created to foster a supportive,
encouraging and judgement-free environment.
The 24-hour National Three Peaks Challenge is physically and mentally demanding.
A good base level of fitness is required, and training is strongly advised, starting at
least 8 weeks before the experience. This preparation helps you feel confident, capable and able to enjoy the challenge.
If racing the clock doesn’t feel right for you — that’s absolutely okay. You can still complete all three climbs at a steadier pace,
enjoy the walk, and focus on the experience rather than the time. We’ll handle the logistics and support.
For something more relaxed, we also offer a 3-day National Three Peaks experience,
which spreads the climbs over three days for a more leisurely and restorative
approach.
Yes — and many people do. Rise & Shine attracts open, like-minded women, and solo
guests quickly feel part of the group.
Absolutely. Whether you’re joining with friends, a small group, or on your own, the

completing the climbs in a way that feels sustainable for you. If you drop back, our guides will help regroup you with a group at a more suitable pace.
While the 24-hour National Three Peaks Challenge is achievable for many people, it is physically and mentally demanding.
We strongly recommend allowing at least 8 weeks of training, starting from a good base level of fitness, to ensure you feel confident and prepared.
If you prefer a steadier pace or a more relaxed experience, you’re welcome to complete the climbs without worrying about the time on the clock.
For a gentler alternative, the 3-day National Three Peaks experience offers the same sense of achievement at a more leisurely pace.
Very much so. Many participants are first-timers. What matters most is mindset,
preparation and willingness to give it a go.
